Pregnancy, a time of miraculous changes, not just a growing bump.

HER Exercise Physiology has a comprehensive knowledge of how the female body changes at a physiological level during pregnancy. Each trimester differing from the other, and how women can experience them so uniquely. 

We work with women to tailor exercise to their unique needs. Whether that is to help manage or prevent pregnancy related health conditions such as gestational diabetes or preeclampsia, treat pelvic girdle pain, abdominal separation, pelvic floor dysfunction, musculoskeletal aches and pains or just safely exercise through pregnancy.
